Das heute vielleicht am besten erhaltene Bürgerhaus von Rønne wurde 1806 vom Kaufmann und Textilfabrikanten Herman Bohn Rasch erbaut. 1950 verkaufte schließlich Elna Erichsen das Anwesen an die Stiftung " Bornholms Museum", die 3 Jahre später das Haus als sehenswertes Heimatmuseum für die Öffentlichkeit freigab.
