Wow

Wow
I saw this around town before, but I was shocked to see it parked in front of a very modest house in a down-market neighborhood. Anyone know what make of car this is? (Photo taken through dirty car window.)

Our expert, 1971 Dodge Charger, has spoken. It is a 6th (latest) generation of Chevrolet Camaro.

John FitzGerald, Gabi Lombardo, Smiley Derleth, Ronald Losure and 3 other people have particularly liked this photo

I think it is a recent Corvette. I love the paint job.

I had that feeling, too, but didn't have the patience to comb over photos. A serious car! The paint job is, too, must have cost many thousands!

The metallic color is usually done with a plastic wrap and not paint.

Oh good, here's '71 Dodge in the house! A wrap - interesting - so not nearly as pricey as paint. Good to know for when I want to metallicize my 2001 Civic. ;-b
Thanks a million, sir!

Is it painted or really copper plated ;-))

Dodge (above) says it's most likely a wrap, rather than paint. Way cheaper, but this company says it only lasts about 3 years. A "Ceramic Glass [coating] will greatly extend its usable life." rehabdetailing.com/vinyl-wrap

Really Wow!
With this color it will be difficult to steal the car. The recognition value is maximum. ;-)

YES! Maybe that was the plan.
