Not just you. I hear that every year from my British friends. I'm not fond of it, either, but I pass out candy to the little kiddies. Thank you, Keith, and this is an unusually "classy" Halloween display.

Children and candy manufacturers do. I remember what a thrill it was to run around at night begging for candy. Now, I half-heartedly open the door and hand it out to the kiddies. It's just another aspect of my lavish social life.
