It does, but I cannot imagine how someone with that kind of garage - and this is in a bad neighborhood - would have a shiny red Italian car!

The red really shouts out happily here!

I'm not an expert on newer Chevrolets but that's a third generation Camaro.
Ground effects and rear spoiler suggest 1991 or 1992 model year Z28 sub-model.

I would have said Camaro or Firebird (all GM; all USA, for a while), so we'll stick with Camaro.

So, in this neighborhood, the situation is pure "rural" (even in a city) Americana. For example: unemployed, on disability, bills all in collection, kids barefoot in hand-me-downs; BUT: hot fast car, 4X4 crew-cab pick-up, and super widescreen TV ...

We can't forget life's necessities like beer and smokes.

... oh yeah ... a Western Maryland seven-course-meal: a six-pack and a bag of fried pork rinds ...
