From top left clockwise: courgettes (you say zuchini), daikon radish (possibly), Radichio, spring onions (you say ...), more spring onions, watercress (you say ...) or similar, cucumbers (you say ... etc, )
Diane Putnam club has replied to Andy Rodker clubSpring onions have a bulb at the end. I guess they're just immature white onions, or something.
What do you call cucumbers? (Farmers and roadside stands call them cukes.)
Closer inspections confirms I was msitaken; they are indeed cucumbers and again I have occasionally heard 'cukes'.
Maybe it's not watercress (you are all missing out on a lovely refreshing sumer salad vegetable!!).
