From top left clockwise: courgettes (you say zuchini), daikon radish (possibly), Radichio, spring onions (you say ...), more spring onions, watercress (you say ...) or similar, cucumbers (you say ... etc, )

Cucumbers...daikon radish...radicchio...scallions/green onions...<again...if you say so but I haven't known a single American in my whole life who eats watercress but I don't get out much...cucumbers again.

Spring onions have a bulb at the end. I guess they're just immature white onions, or something.
What do you call cucumbers? (Farmers and roadside stands call them cukes.)

Scallions / green onions; I have heard them called that but we always call them spring onions.
Closer inspections confirms I was msitaken; they are indeed cucumbers and again I have occasionally heard 'cukes'.
Maybe it's not watercress (you are all missing out on a lovely refreshing sumer salad vegetable!!).

Oooh, found a photo match, it's hydroponic watercress. It is reportedly part of a "paleo" diet, a current fad. Only the raw, organic foods eaten by cavemen (amusing...). So, in the particular store this was in, it would make sense. It's the one trendy, hipster store - which I can't afford. ;-)
