First, I have never eaten Tilsit Cheese. Second, it says "perfect for snacking and entertaining." Third, it was in the shape of a wheel. ;-o

Tilsit is a wee bit on the stinky sideso you should be fine;-) Haha, Limburger in the furnace, that must have been quite a smell;-)
Apropos stinky: if you can get it, try real Munster from Alsace!

I have had Munster, but have no memory of where it was from. Very possibly it was American "Muenster."
