There is a tiny round mirror over the door of this derelict building. An attempt at Feng Shui? Warding off the evil eye? It's a weird sight, not least because this just isn't a Feng Shui or evil-eye-prevention kind of town.

An interesting set of images Diane..............it looks as if this may have been quite a grand establishment in it's heyday! It's really sad to see these places left to deteriorate - they'd be better off knocking it down and paving it over while they decide what to do next!

Well, it was grand for this backwater town. Good, solid, interesting buildings...it's just hard to watch them crumble. I wouldn't put it past our city government!
