Is it still inhabited? Do you get squatters in your town?
If abandoned it is a pity as it looks to be a reasonably solid building with a degree of charm (well, potential charm at any rate!).

It has a "condemned" notice on the door, so is probably full of dry rot, leaky plumbing and bad wiring. It is an attractive old monster, looks to me like a 1910s style farmhouse that was added onto in several places. There are squatters around the area, but they don't usually last long without neighbors reporting them. They can hide better in big cities. Thank you, Andy!
