Mostly it was the television rather than God....sometimes a White Rabbit...once it was Princess Di.

Whoa! I had a client who was related to Princess Di. Claimed to have found proof. Had her photo in a frame on the mantle as evidence. Her two extremely odd (probably schizotypal p.d.) sons also believed this and everything else Mom came up with. Whew! Quite a little family unit.

Here, the most common is the FBI or CIA messing with them, or, yes, the TV talking to them. But, hey, this is America, so Jesus and God play a major part in Schizophrenic delusions. I can only imagine the ones triggered by Trump, now.
