your processing of this really brings out the wild in that cat.

(do you ever consider cropping? i love the angled line behind the kitty's head and wonder if cropping the left (still leaving some of the cement wall but not much) and some off the bottom so that the eyes end up in the mid upper left might strengthen this - or might not.)

As a matter of fact, this is cropped, but I obviously paid no attention to the rule of thirds. That is often the case when I'm more enthralled by the subject than by the rules. (I've now corrected the year taken. I might not even known the "rule in 2010." Lol!)
