Oh, a german bakery in Sydney? With a german name... So I hope they have some northern germany special, too? We call them "Franzbrötchen" (see german wikipedia...) - which was orginate from Hamburg, but the town of "Lüneburg" was pretty close to Hamburg (about 50 km or so) so it might be the case they have also my favourite breakfast item... You have to taste it! :-))

With a - ahm - strange walking sign in front of them...

They have it!
But calling it "Marzipan Cinnamon" (in the "Pastries" - part). Well, here it was more wellknown without their apricot filling (or - haven't seen it in Hamburg with such filling, but that might be because of australian taste), but that's just a nuance... at last they have Franzbrötchen, hell yeah! ;-)
So if I will be EVER in Sydney (which wouldn't happen I suggest, ahm) - I already know where to go to breakfast, lol. So - if you ever have the chance to taste it whereever you are (USA I suggest?) - do it and test some of this northern german breakfast item (but top the down of it with some butter before you eat it). You'll love it...
