This road is winter closed. The new road to use around the year is the worlds longest road tunnel, the Lærdal tunnel.

This old farm probably have the worlds most expensive driveway. From the bottom of the valley you drive up a steep road with a lot of curves. Then you drive into a 2,6 km long tunnel with no lights and only one lane. The foot path to the farm starts right next to the tunnel opening, although you must drive a bit further to find a parking spot. It's just around 170 meters to walk to the farm from the tunnel opening. The road was built in connection with the construction of a hydroelectric power plant in 1974. You can also take the old road which is a super steep path from the fjord, just 530 meters below. If you want to use the tunnel you must drive up at full hour and down at half hours. This is to avoid oncoming traffic, because you can't pass each other once you are in the tunnel.
