Je parie pour la première solution. Au pied du métro, près du canal, ça sera très rentable alors que chacun sait que la verdure ne rapporte rien.

A great example of urban decay...........whatever gets built there would be better than leaving it to deteriorate further............it makes a great photo though.

Ça démolit et ça construit un peu partout dans la ville mais il y a de moins en moins d'élèves dans les écoles... Va comprendre !

Nous avons 1,4 m² de verdure par habitant mais 4 m² à Paris (9 m² en comptant les bois de Boulogne et de Vincennes).
Dans mon quartier, nous sommes plus favorisés et les températures sont inférieures de 3 à 4° en été par rapport au reste de la ville et on sent la différence.
