C'est en allemand (Aix-la-Chapelle) mais je devine :
Nr. 10
Esskastanie (= châtaigne)
Ensuite une phrase assez illisible qui voudrait dire que l'arbre a été planté en 1800 ou 1830.

Sur Google Images, il y a effectivement des photos de vieux châtaigniers avec le tronc vrillé.
