➽ Zum 16. mal verbrachte ich nun den Silvesterabend bei der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Pfersee, bei der mein Mann und zwischenzeitlich auch mein Sohn, Mitglieder sind! Zum Glück ist der Abend relativ ruhig verlaufen, für unsere Wehr gab es nur vier relativ kleine Einsätze - hier der erste in 2015, 20 Minuten nach MItternacht! ______________________ ➽ For 16th times now I spent New Year's Eve at the volunteer fire department Pfersee in which my husband and in the meantime also my son are members! Fortunately, the evening was gone relatively quiet for our department, there were only four relatively small stakes - here the first in 2015, 20 minutes after midnight!

➽ Trial by Fire ♫ ♪ ♪ ♫ ♩ ♬ __________________ ➽ The Sunday Challenge (TSC) - HEAT Youth Action Day at the volunteer fire department Pfersee - children and young people of the district are invited to visit the fire department and have a lot of action and fun and they playfully learn how to behave in case of fire. In this way also junior employees should to be recruited. As you can see even the youngest take the task very seriously and come in full gear - see also PiPs!

➽ BAYERN 1 verschenkt zu allen Deutschlandspielen der Fußballweltmeisterschaft in Russland die BAYERN 1 Heimspiele. Die Gewinner erhalten ein exklusives Public Viewing im eigenen Vereinsheim, am Firmengelände, im Dorfzentrum, etc. BAYERN 1 bringt eine Brotzeit und Getränke für bis zu 200 Personen mit und stellt für das Event die komplette Übertragungstechnik inklusive Leinwand und Beamer. Die Spiele werden vor Ort live übertragen und kommentiert von Heute-im-Stadion-Reporter Karl-Heinz Kas sowie BAYERN 1 Moderator Uwe Erdelt. Die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Pfersee (dort sind meine Männer Mitglieder) hat eines dieser Events gewonnen und obwohl ich nicht unbedingt ein Fußball-Fan bin, war es doch ein toller Abend und eine klasse Stimmung - hier seht ihr ein paar Schnappschüsse (Originalgröße) und ach ja... Deutschland hat gewonnen, 2 :1 gegen Schweden! _______________________________ ➽"BAYERN 1" (BAVARIA 1 = a Bavarian radio station) giving away the "BAYERN 1 Heimspiele" (home games) to all matches of Germany at the soccer World Cup in Russia. The winners receive an exclusive Public Viewing ** in their own clubhouse, at the company premises, in the village center, etc. BAYERN 1 brings a snack and drinks for up to 200 people and provides the complete transmission technology including screen and projector for the event. The matches will be transmitted and commented live on site by the well-known stadion reporter Karl-Heinz Kas and BAYERN 1 presenter Uwe Erdelt. The "Freiwillige Feuerwehr Pfersee" (Volunteer firefighter department, where my men are members) has won one of these events and although I'm not necessarily a soccer fan, it was still a great evening and a phantastic atmosphere - here you can see some snapshots (original size) and oh yes ... Germany won 2 : 1 against Sweden! _______________________________ ** In Germany, common viewing of soccer games in public places is called "public viewing" - not to be confused, with the original meaning! ;-D

➽ Heute vor einer Woche wurde in der Augsburger Innenstadt ein Familienvater, während einer verbalen Auseinandersetzung mit einer Gruppe Jugendlicher, von einem 17jährigen durch einen brutalen Schlag an die Schläfe totgeschlagen. Das Opfer war Angehöriger der Berufsfeuerwehr Augsburg und war privat mit seiner Ehefrau und einem befreundeten Ehepaar auf dem Christkindelsmarkt unterwegs. Auch der Freund wurde von den Jugendlichen schwer verletzt. Artikel zum Thema Eigentlich wollte ich zuerst nichts zu diesem Thema posten, aber da einige von euch meine Verbindung zur Feuerwehr kennen und mich deshalb angeschrieben haben, habe ich mich entschieden, dieses Foto zu zeigen um mich nochmals für eure Besorgnis und Anteilnahme zu bedanken. Es zeigt das Gerätehaus der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Pfersee, bei der mein Mann und mein Sohn Mitglieder sind. Die Feuerwehrler und auch Passanten haben zum Gedenken an den getöteten 49jähren Kollegen Lichter auf dem Zaun aufgestellt. ___________________________________________ ➽ One week ago in the city center of Augsburg, a family man was beaten to death by a 17-year-old by a brutal blow to the temple during a verbal altercation with a group of youths.The victim was a member of the Augsburg Fire Brigade and was privately on the Christmas Market with his wife and a befriended couple. The friend was also seriously injured by the adolescents. It shows the equipment house of the Volunteer Firebrigade Pfersee, where my husband and son are members.
