A bride and groom of Dubrovnik
This is what it is like to get married in a busy tourist hot-spot like Dubrovnik. A great place to have your wedding photos taken maybe but one has to not mind the tourist, purposefully kept in full view (including heads-only) here to convey some of the true busyness of this spot.
ps- these steps where featured a great deal in the major series 'Games of Thrones'.

Old Dubrovnik
Leaving the tourist and shoppers behind, we see here that parts of old Dubrovnik have a quite calm.
Valletta street scene
This old town sits upon a hill and so there are many streets such as this, making wandering about an arduous process at times. However the reward with such scenes present are evident.

Arched fence!
Taken in the beutiful city of Krakow in Poland in the wonderful old city square. This was in fact an upper entrance to the old 'ClothHall', moments later it was to be fully occupied by a party of schoolchildren. Best viewed full screen.
I wish you all, a great weekend,Herb

Fence and steps to….the top
I would say that a large percentage of fences accompany steps of some kind. Now steps can be very attractive especially in wet conditions, but how many people really look at the fences that run up by their sides. Here is an obvious very old fence, battered by the strong and salty sea airs from the beach that runs along the bottom of this fence. Where….does it really matter?
I wish you all, a great weekend, Herb

Scarborough Harbour old steps
Taken in 2012 and originally posted in Panoramio. Theses steps along the old harbour wall would take fishermen down to the boats in years past and also here in the present. For me, the diagonal shape and texture played a great part too. Enjoy.
