Loch Linnhe dreams 3
Here we see Loch Linnhe from the small village of Onich just some miles below Fort William. The waters themselves as well as the moving leaves have been smoothed in time by the very long 30sec exposure. I have used the NiSi Big stopper to do this (10x ND). Enjoy!

A lazy sea
Scale, waves, ripples and the constant change of sea depth all blurred in reality here. Even where the rocks may touch the sky is not clear at all on this thirty second exposure.Taken at Port Logan, Scotland.
SeaCaves, Paphos
Enjoy with me, an unusual low view of these famous caves here on the northern side of Pafos, Cyprus
Best full screen on black.
The calming storm
The wild west coast of Ireland is here becalmed by a slow motion capture of time. These poles, I know not if they are an old wreck or groynes, make an attractive centrepiece in these soft waves. This taken at Rossbeigh in County Kerry.
Enjoy large.
Lui Water
This wonderful river Dee tributary flows through 'Glen Lui' to the 'Linn of Dee' near Braemar. Here we see on the left side a Salmon Ladder enabling the Salmon to get up to their spawning grounds just some distance further up from here.

A stream in Autumn
Just a few minutes walk from my home within a tree-laden valley runs a little stream. It's normally very subdued but after weeks and weeks of continuous rainfall it is faster and higher then normal. Anyway, here is an attempt to slow it all down and give it more substance by using a very long shutter speed of 15 seconds with a x10 ND filter and a sturdy tripod. Catch the fallen Autumn leafs on the river bank here, As can be seen, a gentle breeze is blowing and moments later the heavens open up again as I rush back home protecting my lens and camera.
Enjoy large.

Dusk
Dusk -the time period after sunset but before night and day break.
We here in Europe are facing our dusk at the moment with this Coved-19 but a new Big Sunrise is just around the corner.
A 30 second exposure here, hence some stars in this semi darkness. Taken behind our rented accommodation a week or so back at Settle in the Yorkshire Dales.
Keep Safe and be thankful of our photographic sharing hobby here on Ipernity where we share the love of our Worlds real beauty.

The River Ribble at Locks Weir
Sometimes called Langcliffe Locks Weir, we are just up-river about a mile or so north of the Yorkshire Dales town of Settle. A very long shutter speed here slows the flooded water flow to a milky silk. The river today (a week later) has gone back to it's much lower average level -a bit like this Covid19 virus will do too in time too.
Enjoy full screen and keep safe.
