Davaar lighthouse

The view up the lane to the lighthouse. This is normally as far as one would go. For the adventurous, it did look like a grand view may have been had from the top of the hill on the right but a drone might have been more in order as everything was drenched with recent heavy rains.

A cracking view Herb.............and much better light and colour.........and beautifully composed too. I love the detail you've captured particularly in the brickwork of that roofless building. I can see this being a very popular holiday let!

Ah yes, quite different from the melancholy mono look. The link for a stay is just above in my answer to Toz. This was done with my phone and one wonders why I bother to carry about those large weighty DSLR with spare lenses. Glad you like it.

Just looked at the link...........way above my pay scale :-)))

I've often thought the same about phones .v. cameras and the weight was the main reason I changed to Olympus. I still prefer a camera though!
