HBM - HAPPY BENCH MONDAY
A "crooked clock" has been set up on Banja Luka's Krajina Square, with the hands forever set at 9 hours and 11 minutes to commemorate October 27, 1969, when Banja Luka was hit by the strongest earthquake in its history. This big earthquake was preceded by a small earthquake on October 26 of the same year, and the decision of the then authorities of Banja Luka, that children do not go to school and workers go to work, saved a large number of lives, because the next day the city was hit by a much stronger and more devastating earthquake.
"Crooked clock"
Banja Luka, or Banjaluka, is the administrative center of Republika Srpska and its largest city.

I personally experienced the whole series of these earthquakes.
