Vines

The real reason we went to the farm this is all Shiraz grapes we plan to get our grapes from here. You can see the two rows that we pruned to get more grapes from the old vines. This shot is just a very small fraction of the whole winery. The property is owned by people who do not know or care about the vines or wine. we started pruning 7am finished at 4 pm when our hands gave out.

Thanks Peter those vines have cause such a stir with the group ( different ideas on how to get the result) I am in the middle familiar with plants but no experience with grapes. I wait and see.
