Yes you are right no other rock type it could be. pure granite. I can tell you its hard i cut a hole in one to put a Bonsai on it it will be about 3-4 years before you get to see it as it now fully buried in soil to recover and then grow. you will see it in the early stage once it recovers and leaves start to grow again. at the moment all leaves are cut to 1/4 size to allow the trees and roots to recover.
