Have I told you about the 'River Float' that takes place every August? The freighters are stopped for 8 hours and thousands of people start in Port Huron and float down river to Marysville. There are many police boats, rescue boats and border patrol boats on the river. This float is probably participating in this event. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LOo-Ne77l7Q
