Sad exchange...


...I had to give up the bird feeders. Yesterday about 200 starlings invaded our area around the feeders and at least 50 sparrows joined the crowd. Since this is an apartment complex I need to stay with the regulations that apply, so as not to disturb neighbors with all the birds. I decorated the shepherds rods where the feeders were hanging instead. The feeders are now hanging in a tree near the trail, far away from the buildings.
