A Friday's Prayer for Peace


Directly below you can see the graves from which - according to the Old Testament - the dead will resurrect on the last day when God will hold judgment ...
On the Temple Mountain there was the old Jewish Temple and there is the Dome of the Rock at the place where - according to Islam - Mohamed raised to heaven.
It's inscription defines (from an Islamic point of view) in a few simple words the communality and the divide between 3 culturally most influencing religions and billions of people in the world.
Behind the temple wall you can see Jerusalem that does not anymore wait for any end of times except for tomorrow's end that the living can bring to each other every day.
It really saddens me ...
