I have never heard a name like that, Fred, and I have never eaten the berries. Here is what Wikipedia says: "The raw berries, while palatably sweet, are suitable for human consumption only in small amounts, because they are astringent. Some people have reported mild stomach cramps after consumption."

Solche Beeren hab ich noch nie gesehen. Immer wieder staune ich ueber eure Pflanzen- und Tierwelt, Ron.
