Thank you very much Cammino, Borfel & Dida. I used an older compact camera for these, because I didn't want to risk anything. In the end there so many little drops on the lens that the quality of equipment didn't matter anyway. And the camera survived. HAPPY NEW YEAR from Toronto region!

Ich habs auch schon mit Plastikfolie versucht. Glad Pack geht auch (wenn du das kennst). Aber es ist ein Gefummel.

@ Poly, auf unserer Seite hats nun neue Boote unter dem Namen Hornblower ... it's just business: the maids were American. When their contract ran out, the government of Ontario seized the opportunity to set up something bigger and dress Passengers in our national colours!

Mit Verspaetung vielen Dank Rita. Mein Bild ist von 2014.... Auf der USA Seite noch immer die traditionellen Maid of the Mist, auf der Canadischen Seite nun moderne, groessere Boote & eben Rote Plastiktueten... Ich hatte fuer dieses Bild eine kleine alte Lumix 'aufs Spiel gesetzt' und sie hat's gut ueberlebt.
