Das Gebäude hat eine Doppelfassade. Die bunten Flächen (in diesem Bereich grün und weiß) sind Klappen die rund um das Gebäude gezielt geöffnet werden können. Die Luft die um das Gebäude strömt kann so effektiv zur Belüftung genutzt werden. Im Zentrum des Gebäudes kann die Luft wieder raus. Das Ganze wird auch Druckring genannt und dient zur Energieeinsparung.
