Great spotted woodpecker

This woodpecker has been visiting this garden feeder about twice a day for about a week. It's the first time we have ever seen a woodpecker in the garden.
The photo was taken through a double glazed kitchen window.

In answer to your comment on my woodpecker post..........no it's not usual for us, this is the first ones we've seen in the garden in the 30 years we've lived here. It also takes peanuts, but is much fonder of the fat cakes, which I'm guessing are better for the juvenile.
Aren't we lucky!?
Stay safe and thankyou for posting to FFF.
Best wishes and stay safe there
Steve
Sure a marvelous capture, Amelia ! ******
