Voting will again be with the use of PollUnit.com. The German developers have now progressed the interface to provide the same 7 languages that ipernity supports. In any case it is easy to use when voting is with ✅ and ❌. There is also an abstain option between them.

1. During the meeting, when you are informed that a particular poll is opened, you will use the link provided there, to be taken to a page like this. Voting is with the main buttons, not the inactive 'Legend'.
2. After clicking one of the three options, a page where you enter your name will be displayed. Enter your ipernity name, and click "Proceed as guest".
3. Cast your vote, and a "Saved" notice will be displayed temporarily to confirm your vote has been accepted.
4. While it is now a secret ballot, you can observe the progress as the votes come in. It is probably best to exit the PollUnit browser tab when voting has been closed.
5. But not to worry if you don't, because for the next voting topic opened with a link, PollUnit may display this warning.
