To all,
IMA will have a formal response by no later than 10:30 AM GMT 26 April to Christophe. We had discussions all day since in our unanimous view there has been nothing substantive over the last few days. We are hoping this response can address Christophe's legal concerns as well as the interests of everyone here and are hoping it will result in a favorable outcome. Please try and remain optimistic since all parties remain engaged. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Everybody, Just a quick message to say that we're 99% ok with the IMA proposal. I'm sure we will find in the next hours (maybe tomorrow) a final agreement. Please be sure that I'm doing my best to make the deal happen. Thank You for your patience and your understanding.

I wrote a private email to Christophe yesterday... this is his answer today....


Dear Pam,

We’re really close to finalize the deal. The IMA wants to be secured that the platform will be profitable,… This is why I had to optimize many platform costs + work on the business plan with them… We will communicate today or tomorrow… Be sure I’m really doing my best,… I have a great consideration for any ipernity member and I will do my best to make the deal happen and ipernity survive and grow.

PLEASE NOTE

French Law requires a proposal in WRITING that is notorised ... Under French law only such an undersigned Promesse de Vente is of legal relevance. As a French businessman he will know it. It has to be undersigned by him and his solicitor not later than upcoming Friday morning.

Why Friday ?

Because the crowd funding money will be automatically returned to doners at ON THAT DAY. That date cannot be changed by anyone.

Please NOTE...... PAPER.. not Email.... is (rightly) the ONLY legal acceptance !
