Still immobile.

Hello friends, and Happy New Year to you all. I would like to thank all of you who so kindly sent me get well messages and emails. I appreciate it very much.

A quick update for you, as I am typing this with one finger, on my phone.

I still can't use my left arm at all, and being left handed, this has made life very difficult. The operation went ok, they put 3 screws in my shoulder. (I feel like Frankenstein, who had the bolts in his neck ;-)

Two wires were also put in to hold the screws in place whilst the bones were knitting together. These wires have to come out now, so I have an hospital appointment on Weds, and the surgeon will decide if they come out by local anaesthetic, or if I have to be booked in on another day for a general anaesthetic.

Will post an update when possible.
