Well today there was only a quick display of the sun, but the wind is bitterly cold.
I did venture out to see how my flowers are coming along, and even the cats decided that it was too cold for them to come out with me, so watched me through the lounge windows in the warm.!!!
As you can see the tulips are starting to show their colours. The delicate pale pink I'm hoping is one of the ones I had last year - can't remember where I'd planted them!!!! The dark pink one is hopefully the rich one - if it's not - no problem, I like any kind of tulips......
As you can see the white lilacs are already showing their flowers coming out. Picture this............ I'm standing underneath a lilac tree, leaning on a stick, wind blowing hard, and I'm trying to take a macro photo with the damn branches moving like demented flies. Needless to say, out of about 20 pictures taken, only about 5 were good.
The daffodils are just gorgeous with their bright yellow petals. They make things look sunny whether the sun is out or not ..............
Then my mini-daffodils are a treat to see. So cute and tiny. They'll be planted out into the main bed when they've gone back to sleep........
This is a tiny frond of a pine fir - it's so sweet............
Finally the fluffy cherry tree is showing signs of growth. It's still in a pot, but I think I'll have to re-plant it into the garden for next year - or should I say - ''I'll have to get Fred the Shed to plant it in the garden''.
Okay folks, have to phone Mandi now, then finish off my supper. Hope everyone is well, and we'll be in touch again soon.

Yes, spring has also sort of arrived here but with the flowers I now have morning frost.
Hoping my patio cherry tree will have some blossom this year though it's quite small, so who knows.
