Yesterday afternoon I was sitting outside with my neighbours, Ann and Peter, in their garden soaking up the sunshine and admiring their flowers. They have a lot of interesting plants, and as they are both terribly keen gardeners their garden is always looking great. I am just thankful that I took some pictures while I was there, because today............. wall to wall rain!!!!!!!
So here are a few of their flowers ............
This is a hydrangea and it's gorgeus. It's so pretty and I just love the colour.....
They have a passion flower growing up their walls, and this is the first flower which has bloomed this year - I can't wait for the rest to come out - I'll be there with the camera!!!
They have many fuschias all different kinds. I like this one - the pink and white......
These tiny all red ones are rather sweet...........
These purple and pink ones look so like dancers.............
Then there is this plant - no flowers but the leaves are pretty - don't know what it is...
Well today I have been cabined up indoors. So I did some more sewing - surprisingly enough. I should finish it tomorrow!!! That'll mean I've completely finished all three quilts by the end of August!!! Some new material has arrived today too - so that'll mean I can start a new one!!!! LOL
I've finished my other quilt!!!!!!!!!!

You cant start cutting matching and sewing you like that
Jenny - Lovely pictures. I used to have a passion flower in a walled garden and it actually bore fruit one year. Can't seem to grow one here as it's often too windy, and any climbing plant is always destroyed by the wind each and every winter.
