Ha! Gotcha first today! Since my friends over there across the Pond should still be in bed as it's about 5am or so... I just thought I'd get in with the first Good Morning of the Day to you! Me, Its just after midnight and I'm Wide awake! Not even a little tired.. Happens all the time. So I'll be up for a couple more hours.. Get to sleep finally most likely around 2am or so and wake by no later than 9am... That's if it's really quiet and I don't get antsy.. Sometimes the eyes pop open after about 5 hours or so.. And it's early on the weekend.. So I'll try to stay and rest. But I just can't. The longer I lay there, the "antsy"er I get.. So up, up and away I go! Not to do anything much mind you.. I just can't stay in bed anymore...I do want to clear out my front garden.. Pull the annuals that have died off from the snow and frost. Its supposed to be nice enough tomorrow. Actually later today.. Took down my Halloween decorations today. No that's yesterday now.. Halloween was basically cancelled this year due to that unexpected flooding, wind and nasty, nasty weather.. Poor kids got beat out of their treats this year. I have 5 bags of goodies. I will hold onto them 1 more week in case the town decides to let the kids go around. It was too dangerous initially due to power lines and trees being down. Plus all the power is just back in the last day or two. If not then the candy will go to work. Otherwise that will be another several pounds on this short and rapidly spreading body!
Hope you all have had a good rest and enjoy your Sunday!
