Starring Matt Damon, The Adjustment Bureau is about a man who accidentally discovers that there are beings nudging us towards the fate they feel is best for the world as a whole. It's all part of the great plan as outlined by the Chairman. It reminded me a lot of a larger scope Dark City with a layer of sinisterness stripped away. Every actor in the film does a great job, the way the relationships are written is very well done, and the pace is always keeping the movie moving forward. The balance of suspense of drama mixed in with humour and even some romance makes it a perfect movie for a variety of audiences.

Movie Moment: the Adjustment Bureau
In my experience, there's a good chance that if a movie is based on a Phillip K Dick short story it will be at least good, if not great. The Adjustment Bureau is no exception, and falls somewhere in between those ratings.
