First off, I don't like the preset toppings. I much prefer being able to pick and choose what I want. I was ordering 4 subs, and I had to make exceptions on each of them. It was confusing for the employee as well, and I had to repeat myself several times. Plus, the way the counters are setup, I have to peek around them. What they're doing isn't in plain sight, and if I hadn't peaked I wouldn't' have known that he wasn't following my directions.
And what's with the size selections? There's 6 different sizes broken up into 3 categories but you can't get all the sandwiches in each category. So what if you like the kind that's available in category C but want it in the size that available in category A? Not possible. It's just a confusing menu for me.

Quiznos Rant
I have to start by saying that when it comes to sub-sandwich places, I am a subway guy. That's what I'm used to. So I ventured into a Quiznos, since it was close by one day. I hadn't gone to one in years, and figured I'd give it another shot. What a pain.
