If you haven't seen as much of me in the last week or so, it is because I am training for my new job as an Americorp volunteer coordinator. It is intense and comprehensive. This job is actually a one year contract for the purpose of working with my assigned non-profit organization to execute a plan to effectively recruit all the volunteers they need for the coming year. It is also my responsibility to set in place a sustainable plan that the organization can use to continue recruiting volunteers as the need arises. It is labor intensive and requires me to learn new skills. It is a bit overwhelming, but hopefully that feeling will be replaced by success in a job well done.
I may not be as regular in visiting you as I used to be, and for that I am truly sorry. Hopefully once everything settles down in a routine, I will be able to make time to regularly pariticipate on ipernity again. In the meantime, I will visit and comment as often as I can. Seeing all your lovely photos calms me down and gives me joy!
Have a wonderful Autumn, dear friends! :-)
