From the album "Rockin' At The Sock Hop" is co-composer Margaret Lewis with "Reconsider Me" (Margaret Lewis - Mira Smith). Margaret joined the cast of the Louisiana Hayride in 1958.The other composer, Mira Smith was a multi- instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, recording studio and label owner. James Burton, Dale Hawkins, Jerry Kennedy and Joe Osborn honed their talents in her studio. The songwriting team produced more than one hundred songs together.

In 1969 Johnny Adams had the biggest hit of his career with "Reconsider Me" (Myra Smith - Margaret Lewis) when he hit number eight R&B and number twenty-eight on the Top One Hundred. Like on many other occasions the songwriters names are spelled differently. Later Ray Pillow, John Wesley Ryles and Narvel Felts charted Country hits with "Reconsider Me".
