This is the unreleased Joni Mitchell demo for Joni Mitchell's "You Turn Me On, I'm A Radio". While she was on tour with Graham Nash and David Crosby Atlantic Records' founder Ahmet Ertegun was convinced by Graham to give her a listen. This is the unmixed two track result produced by Bill Halverson at that time. The track is better that the hit in my humble opinion.
Singer, songwriter, painter Joni Mitchell's (Anderson) 1972 LP "For The Roses" contains "You Turn Me On, I'm A Radio" including the harmonica talents of then boyfriend Graham Nash. The single reached the Canadian top ten and number twenty-five on Billboard.
